I've been working with beads for 30+ years, and love sharing my enthusiasm and knowledge with others. Beads are a gift, and I feel privileged to have them as such a strong and integral aspect of my life.

My book, "Bead Crochet", published by Interweave Press, is available and is filled with a myriad of tempting designs and projects in easy bead crochet.You can order it here, and I'll be happy to sign it as well (just ask in the comments section of the order). I am now working on a second book.

I have opened a store in Middlebury, Vermont - "Vermont Beads & Fibers" offers a full selection of beads, yarns and fibers, tools, books, and classes in beading, wirework, knitting, crocheting (with and without beads!). It's a spacious, colorful haven for creativity in an old stone mill. We have a long wooden porch,bordered with flower boxes, which overlooks scenic Otter Creek, and the Marbleworks beyond.

I continue to teach classes here at the store, as well as nationally and internationally, at bead shows, stores, private studios and for bead and fiber societies.

I also offer Bead Retreats, which vary in design and techniques, but include an exploration into color, design, spirituality, and sometimes activism as well! We need all of these in our lives.
